According to Spanish newspaper AS, Chelsea launched an incredible offer worth €55million (£39m) for AS Monaco's rising star Anthony Martial.


But that isn't even the most surprising aspect of the story. The Ligue 1 club, who are dramatically attempting to curb their spending after several seasons of heavy investment, rejected it.
