Arsenal target Aubameyang not for sale

Borussia Dortmund have revealed they have no intention of selling their star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.


Aubameyang, 26, has become one of Europe's most sought after strikers following a stunning season with the Bundesliga giants.

The Gabon ace, who joined Dortmund in 2013 from Ligue 1 side Saint-Etienne, has courted interest from a number of European clubs, including Arsenal.

It has been suggested that Gunners chief Arsene Wenger is a fan of the former AC Milan hitman and is in the process of preparing a £40m bid to acquire his services.
However, the Frenchman has suffered a blow in his pursuit of the pacy forward as Dortmund's sporting director, Michael Zorc, has revealed the club have intention of selling one of their prized assets.

Zorc said: "[We are] not interested in selling Aubameyang."

Aubmeyang, who is a product of AC Milan's academy, bagged 26 goals in 42 appearances last season and successfully solidfied his place as Dortmund's number one striker.
